In response tc te NRC letter of April 11, 1977, concerning '.ne need for additional infornation f r instrumnt setpoint values, South Carolina Electric and Gas 02npany (SCE&G) is forwarding the enclosed material. This should also satisfy the I&C Branch <vncern in SER Section 7.2.3 to provide an analysis of the effect of pst-accident environmental conditions on the setpoint for the reactor trip systan and engineered safety features actuation systen instrumntation.
