S letters datdd Decenber 13, 1975 and Septenher 13,197R, two limited work authorizations (LWA-1 and LWA-2) were issued pursuant to 10 CFR 55 50.10(e)(1) and E0.10(e)(3), to the Toledo Edison Conpany, et al., for certain activities tc be Nndertaken at the site of the proposed DavTsTesse !!uclear Power Station, Uiit: ? and 3.
An Augun ?R,1931, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board issued an order in which it oranted the request of the Toledo Edison Company, et al. (1) to withdraw tne application for construction pernits for the Davis-Ese t!uclear Powe Station, Units 2 and 3 and (2) to terminate the construction pernit preceeding. The Licensing Board also vacated the two partial initial decisions which had paved the way for issuance of the two linited work authorizations.
In addition, the Licensing Board Order requires that the Toledo Edison Company, et al., undertake the acticas it has proposed to redress the site as conditions p_ursuant to 10 CFR 5 2.107(a) of the withdrawal of th9 application for construction permits. The Licensing Board Drder also author 42ed the Director, Of fice of the Nuclear Reactor Regulation to revoke the two LUAs and to cause to be published in the Federa' Reqister in accordance with in CFR 5 2. On August 28, 1981, the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board issued an order in which it granted the request of the Toledo Edison Compaay, et al. (1) to with>1 raw the application for construction permits for the Davis-Ese Huclear Power Station, Units 2 and 3 and (2) to teminate the construction pemit proceeding. The Licensing Board also vacated the two partial initial decisions which hui paved the way for issuance of the two linited work cuthorizations.

This letter constitutes revocation of LWA-1 granted December 31, 1975 and LUA-2 granted September 13, 1978.
