03105 Gentlemen:
We have received a copy of your application dated May 13, 1981, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review.
The application requested the approval of transfer of the entire ownership share of Comonwealth Electric Company to its affiliate, Canal Electric Company. A single Class III ($4,000) was remitted with your application.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as a result of their preliminary review of your request, it has been determined that this application applies to both units. Therefore, a Class III fee of $4,000 and a duplicate fee of $400 are appropriate. You are requested to remit an additional $400 to us. If the ONRR staff's final analysis of your application reveal that these fees are incorrect, you will be notified and an adjustment will be made.
