Dear Mr. Denton:
South Carolina Electric and Gas Company, acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, submits ten (10) copies of Revision 3 to the Radiation Emergency Plan.
Revision 5 to the Radiation Emegency Plan will resolve the meteoro-logical and dose assessment capability item mentioned in Section 3.0 of Appendix A to NUREG-0717, Supplement 2 (Safety Evaluation Report for Summer Station). Since the two remaining issues mentioned in Section 3.0 have scheduled completion dates in mid-1982, this revision should com-plete the open items on the emergency plan necessat, for licensing.
