212.153 In regards to Q212.3, provide a discussion.of a DC bus Failure.
In your design, could a DC bus failure cause letdown isolationt (fail closed valves) and simultaneously disable 1a PORV?
212.154 The response to 212.47 references the response.to 212.6. The

response to 212.6 does not cover all of the concerns of Q212.47.
Provide a response to 212.47 that addresses each item of concern -
as listed in Q212.47.
212.155 Provide more detailed information on the RWST heating system than is given in your response to Q212.50. Specifically adress:
a) Seismic Design b) Single Failure Criteria c) Power Supplies d) Piping and Control System Diagrams 212.156 The response to 212.59 references required ocerator action for long-term core cooling / cold leg injection in 10 minutes following event initiation.
The staff position for manual operator action, as listed in S.R.P. 6.3 is that no credit can be taken for operator action'within 20 minutes. Pro-vide a discussion which lists the consequences of no_ operator action.for 20 minutes following a LOCA.
212.157 The response to 212.83 did not address the following points of concern.

Can the plant be taken to cold shutdown from outside the control room?

What actions are required for this operation?

Provide the locations and address accessibility of the required equipment and instrumentation (also discuss modifications referenced-in Q212.155).
