Seabrook fluclear Station, Units 1 and 2 Transfer of Ownership This is a follow-up of my June 2,1981 letter urging you to supply Appendix L

information for Canal Electric Company.
Since Canal Electric is a r.aw participant, it has not received an antitrust review. The Commission and the Attorney General do not conduct antitrust reviews of operating subsidiaries that are not part owners of the nuclear facility. This has consistently been the practice for applications involving holding companies in the past.
We therefore urge you to submit the Appendix L information as soon as possible.
