Our review was to confirm thEt the subject procedurch and training either currently exist or will be implemnted on an er:ceptsple :ichedule at your plants. Our review did not include ar. evaluation of the etails provided in your response beyond that necessary to confirm the above.
l You indicated that prccedt'res and training for station blackous will be implemented at your plants by September 1981. We find this implementation schedule acceptable. The HRC's Office of Inspection and Enforcement will review the subject procedures and training progra'. during a future plant inspection.
