Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
Following the receipt of your July 14, 1981 letter concerning licensing requirements for pending construction permit and manufacturing license applications, the Public Service Company of Oklahoma has begun preparation of an amendment to the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report that will address the TMI-related requirements in your letter.
It is intended this amendment will be submitted to the Commission in early October, 1981.
Pursuant to the changes in 10CFR50 Appendix E, a second amendment is being prepared. This amendment will address the Public Service Company of Oklahoma's response for its Black Fox Station's emergency planning requirements.
It will be submitted in September, 1981.
