The staff has connleted its review of the BM! Report, C/dt '623, June 1980,
" Control Rod Guide Tube 9! ear iteasurement Program".
The results of cur review of this report are contained in the enclosed Safety Evaluation Report.
Based on this revief, the staff has concluded that the issue of Control Rod Guide Tuba ilcar has been adenuately addressed for PMI facilities and con-siders this Pulti-Plant issue to be closed.
