In a letter dated January 24, 1991, Carolina Power & Light Company provided IGSCC inspection results for Refueling Outage 7.
In that letter,-the cover sheet for Enclosure 3 was inadvertently omitted (Enclosure 3 contains two SMC O'Donnell Inc. letters). The cover sheet for Enclosure 3 is enclosed for your USe.
In addition, an error to Table 1 in Enclosure 1 was discovered.
This error affects Table 1 in Enclosure 1 and page 10 of Table 2 in Enclosure 1.
Enclosed are the replacement pages with the corrected Tables.
