Emergency Exercise Objectives Thank you for the timely submittal on August 27,1990 of the proposed objectives for the 1990 full participation exercise. The steff of the Emergency Preparedness Section, Region I has reviewed the objectives for the on site portion of the exercise and discussed these with your staff. Based on this review and these discussions, we have concluded that these exercise objectives provide an adequate basis to support a full participation exercise.
