Dear Mr. Denton:
In accordance with 10CFR73.21, South Carolina Electric & Gas Company hereby provides five copies of replacement sheets for certain sections of the Safeguards Contingency Plan. TFis is not considered a revision to the Plan.
The replacement sheets are identical to the previous revision of the Safeguards Contingency Plan except that they are stamped " Safeguards Information." A sixth copy of the Plan, with all revisions / replacement pages, is also attached to ensure compliance with the copy requirements of Generic Letter 82-14.
Please follow the attached instruction sheet for insertion of these pages and withhold this information from nublic disclosure.
It is requested that the superseded pages be returned to the undersigned.
