Your Inspection Report No. 50-410/82-10 dated September 13, 1982, identified three apparent violations resulting from an inspection conducted at the Nine flile Point - Unit 2 construction site. These apparent violations are still under investigation by Stone and Webster Engineering Corporation.
A response will be submitted by November 1,1982.
