In an application dated October 29,1982 (LAC-8679), Dairyland Power Cooperative (DPC) formally documented with the USNRC an earlier emergency request of May 19, 1981, for the La Crosse Bolling Water Reactor (LAC 8WR). This May 19 application was verbally approved on May 19, 1981, confirmed by letter dated May 20, 1981, and formally incorporated in License No. OPR-45 with the issuance of Amendment No. 29 on July 30,1982.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170 were not paid for your May 19, 1981 application.
Based on infomation provided by the DL staff, it is their final detemination that the May 19, 1981 application involved a review that was administrative in nature. Therefore, a Class II fee of $1.200 is due for it and should be resitted to our office.
