NKetzlack, FC We have completed our rev,iew of Revision 2 of the " Fuel Storage Physical Security Plan" for the WNP-2 Plant, submitted by your letter dated July 16,1982, and have determined that the revised plan meets the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67(f) and (g) for the protection of special nuclear material of low strategic signi-ficance, provided certain additional measures are incorporated into it.
These additional measures were discussed and agreed to during a conversation between R. Rentschler and C. Rossomondo of the NRC staff, and J. Klingelhoefer of your staff on August 4, 1982. Accordingly, we are amending your " Fuel Storage Physical Security Plan" for the WNP-2 Plant by adding the conditions as set forth in the enclosure to this letter.
The provisions of the plan identified above and those contained in the enclosure to this letter shall be fully implemented upon receipt of fuel and shall be in effect whenever fresh fuel is stored on site.
It has been detennined that the enclosure to this letter contains information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, it is deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to public disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
