- Introduction This report is issued as a followup.to the " Reactor Containment Buidling i

Integrated Leak Rate Test Supplement 1" sent to Harold Denton on 2/27/81.-

Its purpose is to document leak rate testing that has been performed since the previous report was written.

Testing of New Piping Penetration A new piping penetration has been added to containment since the last ILRT.

Penetration M383 (Water Addition to the Ice Condenser) was tested using

- PT/1/A/4200/01C, Isolation Valve Leak Rate Test, on 7/8/82. The measured

-5 leakage of the penetration was 5 SCCM or 5.5 x 10 La.

This penetration will not be tested on a periodic basis since it is not a source of bypass leakage.

Testing of New Instrument Penetrations Several new instrument penetrations have been added to containment since the ILRT. Those not previously reported were tested using PT/1/A/4200/21, Instrument Penetration Structural Integrity and Leak Rate Test. This test verified the structural integrity of the weld at the inside of the contain-ment vessel by pressurizing the weld to structural integrity test pressure, holding for 10 minutes, reducing pressure to 14.8 psig, and verifying no measurable leakage. The instrument line numbers that were added and tested in this manner art:
