SHUTDOWN COOLING SYSTEM FLOW RATE - YANKEE The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment flo. 76 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Station (Yankee). This amendment is in response to your application dated October 15, 1982, as supplemented by your letter dated October 29, 1982.
The amendment revises the minimum permissible flow rates in the shutdown cooling system during Mode 6 operation.
Copies of our related Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
