This refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. North of this

office on September 27 - October 1,1982, of activities authorized by
'
NRC Construction Permit No. CPPR-141, and to the discussion of our
findings held by Mr. North with Mr. J. Allen and other members of your
staff at the conclusion of the inspection. The inspector was accompanied
j
by Mr. G. Spencer, Director, Division of Radiological Safety and Safeguards
i
Programs, Region V, on September 30 and October 1, 1982.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed
inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
,
selective examinations of proce6tres and reprerentative records, interviews
'
with personnel, and observations by the inspector.

No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified within
l
the scope of this inspection.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the
i
enclosure will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room unless you
notify this office, by telephone, within ten days of the date of this
l
1etter and submit written application to withhold infomation contained
I
therein within thirty days of the date of this letter. Such application
must be consistent with the requirements of 2.790(b)(1).
