Unit No. 1 onsite approximately August 1, 1982, and to load ruer zu

As a result of a telephone conversation between Mr. Michael J. McEwan of my office and Mr. Stu Cohen of Inspection and Enforcement, we under-stand that the Emergency Notification System (ENS) is required in the following locations:
A.
Control Room B.
NRC Resident Inspector's Office C.
Shift Supervisor's Office D.
Technical Support Center (TSC)
E.
Emergency Operations Facility (EOF)
-While locations A and B must be operational at the time fuel is received, all locations must be operational prior to fuel loading.
In addition, we understand that the IIcalth Physics Network (llPN) is required in:
A.
NRC Resident Inspector's Office B.
Ilealth Physics Office C.
Technical Support Center (TSC)
D.
Emergency Operations Facility (EOF)
The phone in the Resident Inspector's Office must be operational at the
