1 N/A WB HTEXCH RC drain tank cooler failed re-quiring SW cooling to the tank to be secured. Pressurizer relief valves leaked into the drain tank, eventu-ally causing the RC drain tank to relieve to the reactor building.
The unit was shutdown to correct the cooler leak and replace the pressurizer valves.
