This is to acknowledge recet pt of your letter dated August 13,1982, which transmitted Revision 7 to the " Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Physical Security Plan."
We have reviewed the submitted changes and have determined that they are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan. The changes are, therefore, acceptable.
The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in IJ CFR 73.21 and are, therefore, being withheld from public disclosure.
