Purst:ani. t: Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations. Part 70, Conditions 88 and 11 of Materials License No. SIM-1901 are hereby amended to read as follows:
Condition 88. - 4 grams of U-235 in uranium at any enrichment.
Condition 11. - The minimum technical qualifications for the Superintendent.
Health Physics, responsible for the Health Physics Program at the Callaway Nuclear Plant, Unit 1 shall be at least a B.S. degree in Radiation Safety or equivalent and 2 years of experience in radiation safety or related fields.
The change in Item 88 is to correct a typographical error in the original license and the change in Item 11 is in accordance with your application dated October 21, 1982 which is hereby incorporated in Condition 9 of your license. These changes are reflected in the revised page 1 of your license, which is attached.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
