C. Thomas This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated August 17,1982, which transmitted changes to the "Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant Security Plan" under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
The changes submitted and identified as Revision 10 were reviewed and the determination was made that the changes are consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p) and do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan. The changes are, therefore, acceptable.
In addition to the changes identified above, two implementing procedures were included. Since the approved security plan does not include procedures, the implementing procedures submitted with the above referenced letter were not reviewed.
The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are, therefore, being withheld from public disclosure.
