Interim Progress TVA has evaluated the effects of the deficiencies on the seismic integrity of chillers and determined that the seismic integrity is unaffected. TVA has also evaluated the service life and reliability aspects of recommendations which resulted from the seismic review and determined that these aspects are unaffected also.
TVA is investigating the cause of this nonconformance and the actions required to prevent recurrence.
