BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - REACTOR BUILDING HATCH COVER -
BLRD-50-438/81-55, BLRD-50-439/81 SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector R. V. Crlenjak cn August 20, 1981 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e) as NCR BLN BLP 8123 This was followed by our final report dated September 21, 1981.
As discussed with NRC-0IE Inspector D. Quick by telephone on August 31, 1982, the dates of August 31, 1982 for redesign and October 31, 1982 for completion of corrective actions indiccted in our final report on this matter cannot be met. The necessary drawing revisions are incomplete and therefore prevent completion of the site modifications. The corrective action on this matter will be completed by March 1, 1983 If you have any questions concerning this matter, please get in touch with R. H. Shell at FIS 858-2688.
