The attached inquiry repcit is forwarded for information.
The licensee failed to detect an increase in tank level coupled with a
decrease in the boric acid concentration.
The licensee will issue a report within ten days as required by the
technical specifications.
This item vill be reviewed during a routine, unannounced inspection
scheduled for July 19-20, 1972.
