This request has been reviewed by the Monticello Operations Committee and the Safety Audit Committee.

• 1he proposed changes deal with an additional containment isolation valve being installed as part of a system for maintaining a constant differential pressure between the torus and the drywell.

We have determined that these changes do r.ot involve an unreviewed safety question.
