Areas examined during the inspection included:
(1) QA program (audit and
training); (2) test activities; (3) test procedures; (4) caseload forecast
panel; (5) safety committee; and (6) site tours. These findings are documented
"
in the enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection con-
sisted of selective examination of procedures and representative records,
interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or deviations were
identified.

We have also examined actions y have taken with regard to previously
identified inspection findings. The status of this item is identified in
paragraph 7.of the enclosed report.
