This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. T. Stetka of th'is
'
office on April 26 - May 20, 1983, of activities authorized by NRC License
No. DPR-72 for the Crystal River Unit 3 facility and to the discussion of our
findings held with Mr. E. Howard and other members of your staff at the conclu-
sion of the inspection.
Areas examined during the inspection and our findings are discussed in the
enclosed inspection ' report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of_
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
.
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
.
We have examined actions you have taken with regard to previously identified
enforcement matters. These are discussed in the enclosed inspection report.
Three new unresolved items resulted from this inspection'and are discussed in the
enclosed report. These items will be examined during subsequent inspections.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure will
be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room unless~you notify this office, by ,
~
telephone, within ten days of the date of this letter and submit written
application to withhold information contained therein within thirty days of the
date of this letter. Such application must be consistent with the requirenants
of10CFR2.790(b)(1).
