I By means of this letter, I transmit to the Board and the parties copies of " Applicants' Motion for Summary Dis-position."
As noted in the Motion, Applicants are moving for summary disposition on Palmetto Alliance Contentions 16, 27 and 44, and DES Contentions 17 and 19.
The Motion on Palmetto Alliance Contention No. 27 cannot be filed on this date because one of the affiants, Mary L.
Birch,' is unavailable to review the final product.
Ms. Birch wil1 be available on the morning of Monday, July 11.
