Power was reduced to approximately 65: full power on October 7,1977, due to q

the loss of cne condensate pump. The pump was repaired and the unit power increased to 100% full power at approximately midnight on October 10. 1977, f

r Following repairs to the electrcc.atic relief valve and its control circuitry.

P the valve was tested, under simulated pressure signal conditions, to actuate g

the valve five tir.es per the NRC dictates. The valve actuated and resealed g

during the test, however, it stuck open on an additional actuation. Crosby
