Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In the Corrective Action section of Significant Deficiency Report SD 413/83-07, dated May 13, 1983, it was stated that the vent installation error would be corrected by June 1983 or after completion of the Reactor Coolant System Cold Hydro. The Reactor Coolant System Cold Hydro has been completed and the vent installation error is now scheduled to be corrected by July 1, 1983.
