long-term modifications have oeen undertaken to compl/ ditn tne design and performance criteria of the NRC's Generic Safety Evaluation Report, "SdR Scram Disenarge System," dated December 1, 1980. The modifications are being made during the ongoing Reload $/ Cycle 6 refueling outage. .
Tne proposed changes are Attachmert I to this application.
The Safety Evaluation for tne proposed cnanges is Attacnment II. Attachment III is a supporting description of hod each of the criteria of the NRC's Generic Safet/ Evaluation Report is being met for the FitzPatrick Scram Discharge Volume system.
