RANCHO SECO liUCLEAR GENERATING STATION-CONTROL R00ft RADIATION HONITOR AND CONTAINMENT VENTILATION ISOLATION MANUAL SWITCHES In our June 29, 1982 letter concerning containment isolation dependability, we identified a concern with regard to the control room radiation monitors and containment isolation manual switches. By letter dated November 1G,1982, you provided infomation regarding these items. We have completed our review of tiie information and found that upgrading the control room radiation monitor to safety-grade and the provisions of the design for manual isolation of the containment satisfies our concerns and are therefore accpetable. Our Supplemental Safety Evaluation is enclosed for your information.
