This refers to the Enforcement Conference held by NRC Region I management and
staff with you and members of your staff at the regional office in King of
Prussia, Pennsylvania on April 21, 1983, to discuss the violations identified
in Inspection Report 50-309/83-05. This conference, the topics discussed, and
the meeting results are described in the NRC Region I report which is enclosed
with this letter.
Because the enclosed report discusses topical areas and findings contained in
our recent inspection report which you had previously determined contained no
proprietary information a copy of this letter and the enclosure will be placed
in the NRC's Public Document Room.
