CASE (CITIZENS ASSN. FOR SOUND ENERGY)

=- '

May 13, 1983 T0: David Wade, TUSI, and Bill Brown, NRC Region IV-In accordance with recent discussions with the Applicants and the NRC Staff, we are enclosing herewith copies of the following additional CASE Exhibits which we will be using during the hearings next week for cross-examination l regarding the SIT report; we would appreciate your attempting to reach a l stipulation regarding authenticity of these documents to help expedite the hearings:

l 695 696 701 703 l 715 l 717 718 719 720 721 722 (NOTE: 722 and 723 are just some hand-drawn items which we 723 may be using to ask some questions about; we're including 726 them just for your information.)

729 732 733 (We wanted to call this particularly to the Staff's attention in case they want to have someone testify about the report itself.)

735 736 l 737 l 739 741 l 751 l 766 767 768 769 770 828 l 829

830 l 831 i 832
833 834 (added to Staff's letter after receiving document from TUSI when we delivered this lettar and attachments about 3
00 P.M. 5/13/83) l 8305200618 830516 PDR ADOCK 05000445 G PDR

We will probably also be cross-examining on some of the documents. which have already been accepted into the record:

300 301 303 687 688 692 697 699 700 702 706 707 710 713 And perhaps some pertinent Staff and/or Applicant Exhibits We haven't decided definitely which of these we will use.

We will also probably try to write up a summary of the items which have been stipulated to (from Admissions we've submitted) and introduce them as an exhibit. If we don't have time to get them written up, we may want to ask the questions on cross-examination and.get them into the record.

We also may want to include a similar exhibit of some of the items contained in the Staff's or the Applicants' letters where you detailed what had been done regarding each discovery request on the SIT report. (Don't kno1 if we'll have time to do this before the hearings, but will try to and get a copy to you as soon as possible.)
