In this regard, the Director, Office of_ Inspection and Enforcement, received the attached letter from '
.concerning a civil penalty action against his caployer Elfreth, Alley Apothecary which is.part of !!uclear Pharmacy, Inc l'r. '
_ r formerly was the Chief, l'.aterials Radiation Protection Section, Pegion I, and had responsibility for health physics inspections at the Elfreth Alley Apothecary.
Accordingly, I would appreciate your views as to the Commission's responsibilities.under 10 CFR 0.735-26 and 27.
