The attached 14 copies of letters were sent by NRC's Region III Director, James G. Keppler, to certain customers (hospitals) of the Nuclear Pharmacy, Inc.

The purrose of the letters is to notify each recipient that !!uclear Phamacy had sold it xenon-133 prepared from chemical grade bulk material rather than fron pharmaceutical grade bulk material.
