Docket Nos. 50-445'and 50-446 Stipulation Regarding CASE Exhibits and other Discovery Matters As discussed in our letters to each of you dated May 6 (mailed May 7,1983),
we are enclosing some additional CASE Exhibits to the NRC Staff's copy of this letter, in the hope that we can reach some stipulations prior to the hearings regarding them. As discussed with Bill Horin today, we are providing copies of these documents to the TUSI offices (Attn:
