We have received a copy of your application dated July 21, 1982 which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review.
This application proposed certain Technical Specification changes relating to removal of the Maximus Average Planar Linear Heat Generation Rate re-duction penalty for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2.
Fees pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22 were not remitted with your application.
Based on information provided by the ONRR staff as the result of their pre-11minary review of your application, it has been determined that a Class III is appropriate for this application since the review will involve considera-tion of a single safety issue. Therefore, you are requested to submit the i
sum of $4,000 to this office. If the ONRR staff's final review of your application reveals that this fee is not correct, you will be notified and i
any necessary adjustments will be made.
Since the ONRR staff has completed review of your May 20, 1982 reload sub-mittal and issued Amendment No. 71 to License No. DPR-62 on July 12, 1982, the July 21 application is being reviewed by the ONRR staff as a new appli-cation that is subject to the Class III fee as stated above.
