LOUISIANA ENERGY SERVICES - REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING USE OF GLUCOSE MONITOR IN CLASSIFIED AREAS (ENTERPRISE PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER L-2019-LLA-0267)

Dear Mr. Padgett:

We have reviewed your request, transmitted by letter dated November 21, 2019, to use a glucose monitor in classified areas. The letter is available in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) under Accession Number ML19330D851. Our review of your application has identified that additional information is needed before final action can be taken.

The additional information, specified in the enclosure, should be provided within 30 days from the date of this letter. The use of this form will facilitate processing of future requests to use medical electronic devices.

Pending your response, we anticipate completing our review by February 28, 2020. This date could change depending on the findings of our technical review, urgent assignments, or other factors. We will promptly communicate any significant changes to this schedule.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
