herewith requests an amendment to Materials License SNM-2010.
USA The National Enrichment Facility This License Amendment Request (LAR) proposes an addition to conditions of Materials License SNM-2010 to allow exemption from 10 CFR 70.50(b)(2), Reporting Requirements, during activities in which the Criticality Accident Alarm System (CAAS) is not functional and compensatory measures have been employed. provides a description and analysis of the proposed change, basis for the change, and safety significance of the proposed change.
