The United States Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Comission) has issued Amendment No. 33 to Facility Operatirg License No NpF-6? issued to the 1114reis Power Company (1p), and Soyland Power Cooperative, Inc. (the licensees), for operetion of the Clinton Power Station, Unit 1, located in DeWitt County, 1111ncis.
The amendment consists of changes to Technical Specificction Table 3.3.7.5-1 to add a note ellowing inoperebility of primary containment isolation valve position indication when the vr.1ve/ valve operator is electrically deactivated in the isolated position.
The application for the amendrcent complies with the standards and recuirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as avonded (the Act), and the Commission's rules cod regulations. The Ccnmission has made appropriate findings as required by the Act and the Comission's rules and regulations in 10 CFR Chapter 1, which are set forth in the license amendment.

Commission has concluded that the issuance of this amendment will not have a significant effect on the quality of the human environment.
