UNIMPLEMENTED UNRESOLVED SAFETY ISSUES AT SEABROOK STATION October 19, 1989 thestaffiscuedGenericLetter(GL)8921whichrequested information concerning the status of implementation of unresolved safety issues (USIs) at your facility. Based on your response to this GL, dated December 11, 1989, our review of Agency records and discussions between your staff and the NRC Project Manager, the NRC staff has ccmpiled the enclosed list representing our assessment of USI implementation. These results were presented to the Commission at a meeting on February 14, 1990. to this letter presents the staff understanding of the current status of all unimplemented USIs for the Seabrook Station. The staff encourages your effort to complete the unimplemented USIs.
