objective of the meeting is to discuss the available technical. inf-formation relating to the site and associated activities and to dis-cuss the status of the subject licensing work. The conference room in Building-11 will be used for these meetings which will start at 1-/

'dd It is' our understanding that the non-radioactive hazardous waste i.aturinis which have been stored at the West Chicago, McGee Rare Earth Processing Facility will be disposed of in the near future concomitant with the decorrmis,sioning of the facility by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Under Title 5, Section 21 (c) and 21 (f) of the Environuantal Prot-a ection Act of the State of Illinois, it is the respon.;ibility of the h
owner / operator of any facility ot assure that -any hazardous waste 3
shall be disposed of at an E. P. A. approved faciltiy.
