.This refers-to the special safety inspection conducted by Mr. M. A. Kunowski of
this office fro.a February 20 to March 6,1990, of activities at Braidwood
Station, Units 1-and 2, authorir.ed by NRC Operating Licenses No. NPF-72 and
No. NPF-77, and to the discussion by telephone of our findings with-
Messrs. R. Legner and D. O'Brien and others of your staff on March 6, 1990.
The enclosed copy of our inspection report identifies areas examined during
the inspection. Within these areas, the inepection consisted of a selective
examination of procedures and representative records, observations, and
interviews with personnel.
