UNIMPLEMENTED UNRESOLVED SAFETY ISSUES AT CRYSTAL RIVER UNIT 3
~0n October 19, 1989, the staff issued Generic Letter (GL) 89-21 which requested.
-information concerning the status of implementation of unresolved safety issues (USIs) at your facility.
Based on.your response to this GL, dated November 24, 1989 and our review:of Agency records and discussions with your staff, we have-compiled the enclosed list Npresenting our assessment of USI implementation at
'your facility.
These results were presented to.the Commission at a meeting on o
February 14, 1990.
The enclosure to this letter presents our understanding of the current status of all unimplemented USIs for the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant. We encourage your effort to complete the unimplemented USIs.
