Dear Mr. Hall:
As we rnake progress in discussing each section of the new STS, we look forward to the Owners Groups' revised Bases for new STS. During its review of insustry's proposed Bases, the staff developed sample Bases for the specifications fisted below. These sample Bases, which are being incluc'ed with each riarked up new STS section returned to the Owners Groups, provide insight about what the staff generally expects to receive in the revised Bases.
The specifications selected by the staff to develop sample Bases and the related STS sections are listed here so that they are identified to the Owners Groups in a single document.
