By letter dated January 15, 1990, you responded to the subject NRC Bulletin 09-02. You indicated in the rer,ponse that Anchor Uarling Model S350W swing checi valves are r:ot at the Calvert Cliffs facility nor are check valves of a similar design with proloaded type 810S$ bolt material used.
You have met the reporting requirements of the bulletin and have identified non-use of the subject valves. Therefore, we are closing the referenced TAC numbers and consider this action closed.
