The~ NRC administered examinations on November 27 - December 1,1989, to employees of your company who had, applied for licenses to operate-the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant.
At the conclusion of the written examination, a copy of the exam was left with your staff; at the conclusion of the site visit,' preliminary findings on the o)erating tests were discussed with those members of your staff identified in tie Examination Report, Enclosure 1.
Copies of the written examination questions _and answer key ~ are included in this report as Enclosure 2.
Facility comments regarding the written examination ' are included in this report as. Enclosure 3. -
Resolution of Facility coments and Post-Examination changes are included as Enclosure 4 i
and 5.-
Summarizes simulator performance deficiencies observed during conduct of the simulator portion of the operating examinations.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a-copy of this letter and its enclosures will'be placed in NRC's Public Document Room.-
